Here it is a new solution for smokers in public.
The owner of a restaurant named 'Matermeister Turm" found in Saxonia of Germany created these Smoking Point holes. His only reason was not to loose the restorant's smoker clients besides the nonsmokers ones.
However I am not sure if it pays off!
